CAFS Organizes a Webinar – How to Invest in France?

The Saudi French Business Council (CAFS) organized a webinar titled “How to Invest in France?” in partnership with the French law firm Jeantet – Avocats. The event was held online on May 13, 2025.

 The session was led by Mr. Ali Baydoun, Counsel at Jeantet and Doctor of Law, and Mr. Gabriel Di Chiara, Tax Partner at Jeantet. Where they discussed key topics including the types of investments in France (greenfield projects, acquisitions, joint ventures), corporate structures, key features of the French tax system, available tax incentives, and the foreign investment screening process.
